1) Do you have a passport?

    a) If yes, for how long?

    b) If yes, how many times have you been out of the country and to which countries have you travelled?

2) Name a Supreme Court case besides Roe v. Wade.

3) What would give you foreign policy experience?

4) Do you have any connections to Big Oil?

If you've answered no to 1, something similar to 2, something about Russia to 3, and yes to 4, then you're Sarah Palin.  If you've answered yes and provided decent answers to 1, something similar to 2, something not about Russia to 3, and no to 4, then pass the Sarah Palin test and are more qualified to run as VP.
