Well, the title may be a bit misleading, but let me get to the point.
What I love about social networking and other such things is that there are celebrities out there who actually interact and are on good terms with their fans! Here are a handful of examples:
1) Neil Gaiman (neilhimself)
He's on Twitter and he does his best to respond to @replys. He's replied to me a few times, too!
2) Jorge Garcia (Dispatches from the Island)
He tends to post stuff about living in Hawaii, Lost, and his chihuahua. And he's very down to earth.
3) Jasika Nicole (High Yella Magic)
She has a blog on which she posts pages from an auto-biographical esque comic (High Yella Magic) that she draws and writes. It's pretty cool.
4) John Green (vlogbrothers, realjohngreen)
Twice, he's referenced stuff I've mentioned on BlogTV ... today actually! He responded to my question about his favorite Hitchcock film (Rear Window) and he discussed what Willy (his dog) likes (Willy jumped for his face. I said "Willy likes faces ... a lot." John went on to say "And skin ...").
It's seriously so cool to interact with celebs and other such famous people.
